SCALECINE / BRANDING & DIGITAL

Outdoor & Print Advertising

Plan hoardings, signage and print artwork around where people will see your message.

Outdoor advertising display and printed material
01

Brief the locations and formats

Share the neighbourhoods, campaign dates and audience. Compare site visibility and availability before committing to a placement.

Choose the placements that suit your audience and budget before adapting the artwork. We agree print and installation deadlines with the relevant suppliers and check that the message is legible at the intended viewing distance.

02

Confirm production and installation

Agree on artwork sizes, production, installation, display dates and who handles permissions. Ask the quote to separate media and production costs.

03

Agree on proof of display

Specify when you need installation photos and how display issues should be reported. Ask for the basis of any reach estimate.

04

Why choose ScaleCine for outdoor and print?

Review artwork at the size and distance people will see it. A roadside hoarding needs a message that reads quickly, while a brochure can carry product detail. Agree whether the brief includes design, printing, installation or placement coordination.

List artwork, media booking, printing and installation as separate scope items. If a placement is booked, agree the dates and whether the handover includes proof approval, installation photos and a placement record.

Questions before you book

Can the same artwork go on every placement?

Use one campaign idea and adapt layout, type size and crop for each surface. Review each version against its dimensions and viewing distance.
