You tell us what you want to sell, where you serve customers, and how much you want to spend. We help define a useful lead and recommend where to start. For example, Google Search can reach people already looking for a quote, while Facebook and Instagram ads can introduce an offer to people who have yet to search for it. We agree the initial test, platform spend and ScaleCine fees before work starts. Any increase to your agreed media budget needs your approval.
We can start with a focused, lower-cost test within your chosen budget. We agree creative and launch milestones, check the ads and lead route before submitting, and use lead quality to decide where the next part of the budget should go.
02
Write and design ads for each placement
We develop the offer, headlines and descriptions, create image ads, and produce short video edits when they are part of the brief. We adapt the layout to each placement so the product, message and call to action remain visible. A Google responsive display set can include 1200 × 628 landscape and 1200 × 1200 square images. For Meta, we prepare feed crops and full-height Stories or Reels versions where the campaign calls for them. The final sizes, file limits and safe areas follow the selected placement.
03
Check the ads and test the enquiry path
Before submission, we review creative, claims and destination against the applicable platform rules. Then we test the route a customer will use, such as a website form, an in-platform lead form, a call or a message. Where a form is used, we submit a test lead and check it reaches the agreed inbox or system. The platforms make the final decision on ad approval.
04
Set up, launch and monitor the campaign
We set up the campaign with agreed account access, locations, keywords or audiences, placements, schedule and budget. We submit the ads, check delivery after approval, and watch for rejected assets, spend or tracking issues. We record the agreed lead actions and distinguish contact clicks from completed enquiries where the setup allows.
05
Analyse leads and improve what runs next
We review spend, cost per lead and the quality of enquiries. Your team can tell us which leads were reachable, in the right area and likely to turn into a quote or appointment. For example, if search terms bring job seekers instead of customers, we can exclude those terms. If a Meta creative brings clicks but few useful enquiries, we can test a clearer offer or adjust the form. We agree when to review results and check how each change performs.
06
See what you get and who does what
You get a campaign plan, the agreed creative variations, campaign setup, monitoring and a report with spend, leads, changes made and the next test. ScaleCine handles creative and campaign management together, so findings from the live ads can inform the next set of visuals and copy. Your team approves the budget and offer, provides account access, follows up with leads and shares which ones were useful.
Yes. If your budget or offer is better suited to a single platform, we can start there and review the results before adding another. We agree the test window and what would justify expanding.
Can we use our existing ad accounts?
Yes. Share the current account structure and any campaign history. We can work with the access agreed for the project and confirm who owns billing, accounts and campaign assets before launch.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
Lead volume and quality depend on the offer, budget, competition, landing page and follow-up. We agree how to measure results and use campaign and sales data to guide changes.
